We want you to be happy with TeleportLink. If it's not the right fit, we offer a transparent refund policy with a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try TeleportLink Plus or Ultimate risk-free. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

- Plus plan (monthly or annual)
- Ultimate plan (monthly or annual)
- First-time purchases only
What You Get Back:
- 100% of the amount paid
- Refund processed to original payment method
- Typically processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds depend on your plan and billing cycle:
Monthly Plans
No Pro-Rated Refunds
Monthly subscriptions cannot be refunded mid-month after the 14-day window. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Access continues: If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period (no immediate cutoff).
Annual Plans
Pro-Rated Refunds Available
Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds based on unused months (after the 14-day guarantee period).
Example: You paid $100 for an annual plan. After 3 months, you request a refund. You'll receive a refund for the remaining 9 months: ($100 / 12) × 9 = $75.
Minimum refund: Pro-rated refunds are only issued if the remaining value is greater than $10.
No Refunds For:
Free Plan
The Free plan is, well, free. Nothing to refund.
Terms of Service Violations
Accounts terminated for abuse, illegal content, or ToS violations are not eligible for refunds.
User Error
Lost links, expired transfers, or deleted files are not grounds for refunds. These are design features, not bugs.
Change of Mind (After 14 Days)
For monthly plans, we don't refund after 14 days. Cancel to stop future charges, but no mid-month refunds.
Partial Months
We don't refund partial months. Annual plans are pro-rated by full unused months only.
How to Request a Refund
Email Us
Send a refund request to support@builtbysharan.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
Include Details
Provide your account email, plan type (Plus/Ultimate), and reason for refund (optional but appreciated).
We Process It
We'll review your request within 24-48 hours. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay).
Account Status
Once refunded, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Any active transfers beyond Free plan limits may be deleted.
Cancellation (Without Refund)
Don't need a refund but want to cancel? You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your TeleportLink account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
What Happens Next
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
- No future charges (auto-renewal stops)
- Account downgrades to Free plan after expiry
- Active transfers remain until their expiry date
Disputed Charges
If you see an unexpected charge from Razorpay (our payment processor), please email us at support@builtbysharan.com before disputing with your bank.
Why? Chargebacks create administrative headaches for solo founders and can result in account suspension. We're happy to investigate and refund legitimate errors directly.
Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination without refund.
Razorpay Compliance
TeleportLink uses Razorpay for payment processing. All refunds are processed through Razorpay and comply with their refund policies and Indian payment regulations.
Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer. While we process refunds within 5-7 business days, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
