TeleportLink Early Access Preview — Free to use with limits. We're collecting feedback before official launch.

Can you see my files?
No. Your device encrypts the file before anything is sent. The key stays in the link (the fragment after #), which the browser never sends to our server. We only store encrypted pieces that we cannot decrypt.
What happens if I lose the link?
We can't recover it. The key is only in the link. If you lose the link, the file cannot be reconstructed. That's by design: only someone with the full link can open the file.
Is this like Google Drive / WeTransfer?
No. Those are storage or hosting: they keep your file on their servers and can access it. TeleportLink is one-time delivery: we hold encrypted fragments we can't read, and when the link expires or is used, the file is removed. We're not a place to store or back up files.
Do I need an account?
You can create and open teleports without an account. For more capacity, longer expiry, or a dashboard of your active links, you can sign up for a plan.
How secure is TeleportLink?
Files are encrypted client-side using AES-GCM 256-bit encryption before upload. The decryption key never leaves your browser—it's only in the URL hash (after #), which browsers never send to servers. We use zero-knowledge architecture: we literally cannot decrypt your files.
What file sizes and expiry times are supported?
During Early Access, TeleportLink is free: files up to 200MB, expiry up to 1 hour, and every transfer is view-once (it self-destructs after the first download). Larger sizes and longer expiry windows arrive with paid plans at launch.
Can recipients see who sent the file?
Only if you tell them. The link itself is anonymous. If you want attribution, include it in the file name or add a passphrase hint.
What happens if someone tries to access an expired link?
They'll see an error message. The encrypted fragments are deleted from storage when links expire, so recovery is impossible—even for us.
Can I use this for long-term storage?
No. TeleportLink is designed for ephemeral delivery, not archival storage. Files auto-delete after expiry or consumption. Use traditional cloud storage for backups.
Do you log IP addresses or track users?
We collect minimal metadata for rate limiting and abuse prevention (IP addresses, user agents). IPs are not logged long-term and are cleared after 1 hour. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
There is nothing to cancel yet — TeleportLink is free during Early Access. When paid plans launch, you will be able to cancel anytime from your dashboard, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
None yet — TeleportLink is free during Early Access. At launch, payments will be handled by Razorpay: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, etc.).
